It is definitely a Neoregelia hybrid, probably 'Tricolor' or 'Imperfecta'.
As you are in the USA, it is probably N. 'Imperfecta' as that one is
regularly sold by US nurseries these days. 'Tricolor' has become a thing of
the past, except in SA we still grow it because it is excellent in the
landscape and on trees. The only difference between the two is Tricolor
usually has longer leaves and is not so pink. Imperfecta is more compact
with more pink.
